Trying new and different coffees is the best way to learn about them, and Mistobox is a subscription coffee delivery service that wants you to try as many different roasts and blends as possible. Each month, they send four small-batch, whole bean, freshly roasted coffees to your door for you to try.
Mistobox reminds us a bit of Tonx, another service we've mentioned that lets you subscribe to artisan coffees. In contrast however, Mistobox is more about sampling and exploring new coffees, not replacing your daily cup. You don't control the roasts, and the sample sizes are only 1.5 to 2 ounces (although if you find a coffee you love, you can buy larger sizes.) Subscriptions start at $15/mo, and you get a break the longer you subscribe: $84 for 6 months ($14/mo) or $150 for a year ($12.50/mo.)
It's definitely a fun way to experiment with something new, and you'll always get quality beans, even if they're not to your taste. Whether you're a coffee aficionado looking to expand your palate or a coffee fan who wants to try something new and different, Mistobox is a decent option.
