A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Lease Program Manager to drive Brocade Network Subscription & Leasing business volume across the Federal sector. We are looking for an experienced Lease Program Manager with extensive equipment leasing & finance experience in the Federal Government space to support our growth across the Federal Government and service provider Federal system integrator markets.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
This position requires fulfillment of a sales quota in support of Brocade?s hardware sales representatives and reseller partners. You will work across national and business segments in the US and will be required to support Brocade Communications customer leasing requirements in that area as well as providing pricing and support for Brocade?s new and innovative Network Subscription. Launched in August of 2011, the new Brocade Network Subscription is an innovative and compelling acquisition model. Brocade is the industry leader in launching this completely flexible cloud-optimized infrastructure in the marketplace. This position involves responding to inquiries for financial selling and modeling as well as mining the business opportunities in order to meet or exceed assigned quotas.
Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
- Participation in branch and regional telephone conferences and meetings.
- Promoting leasing through contact with Brocade Communications direct sales representatives, channel partners and distributors.
- Analyzing lease opportunities and providing customers and sales reps with lease quotes.
- Collecting credit information and preparing document packages for submission to lenders to secure economic and credit approval of each lease transaction.
- Follow through with each deal to ensure complete lease documentation through funding.
- Maintaining adequate files and records (hard and soft versions) to manage the business in the territory.
- Providing various reports and other data as may be requested by management.
- 10+ years equipment leasing experience, captive experience preferred.
- Excellent external and internal communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivation, initiative and passion to excel.
- Finance knowledge and the ability to converse knowledgeably with purchasing agents, CTOs, and CFOs, full understanding of government procurement processes with FAR, RFP, RFQ procedure knowledge.
- Written and oral communication skills required for writing proposals and giving presentations at branch reviews and customer meetings.
- General business knowledge is helpful to understand the role of the equipment and financing requirements of the customer.
- The ability to solve problems and exercise judgment is required in order to find the correct financing solution and pricing level for each transaction.
- An understanding of business systems and tools required to implement new deals internally.
- Ability to build good relationships with the Brocade Communications direct, partner and channel sales teams and approved Brocade resellers.
- The ability to establish organized work plans and to work efficiently is essential in order to be able to fulfill quota targets.
- Display a high level of integrity.
- Degree level education or equivalent experience.
